Service for Mrs. Zenobia Moore Glover

Funeral services for Mrs. Zenobia Moore Glover, 100, of 1134 Allen Street, Cayce, South Carolina, will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Church of Cayce, 1908 Wilkinson Street, Cayce, South Carolina, with burial in the church cemetery on Old Dunbar Road, West Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Glover will lie in-state at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. There will be a viewing on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and a wake from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Pearson's Funeral Home, 4508 N. Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Glover was born in Allendale, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Arthur and Amy Jones Moore. She was the widow of the late George W. Glover and a devoted member of the Queen Esther Chapter #1 Order of the Eastern Star. She organized the Cayce Community Missionary Circle in January 1944 and was crowned Miss Lakeview that same year. She had been retired for over 31 years from the Baptist Medical Center of Columbia, SC (Prisma Health Baptist Hospital). She served as a Sunday School teacher, and as a member of the Senior Choir and the Usher Board at Mt. Zion Church of Cayce, SC.

Mrs. Glover was preceded in death by her daughter, Georgia (Virnia) Glover-Miller. She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her son, Douglas Glover; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
