Memorial services for Ms. Vickie R. Entzminger, 61, of Blythewood, South Carolina will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. She was born in Richland County the daughter of Mrs. Carrie Parnell Entzminger and the late Mr. Simon Entzminger, Jr. on March, 6, 1961, Vickie departed from this life at her home in Blythewood on Thursday, June 2, 2022, when God sent an angle to bring her home to reign with him in glory. Vickie attended the Zion Canaan Baptist Church and loved the Lord. She accepted him as her personal savior. Vickie was a graduate of Eau Clair High School in 1979, and attended the Indiana State University and decided to come home to finish her education and start her career. She was employed at Bryan Psychiatric Hospital and retired on disability.Vickie was bless with 2 beautiful children, Kysha and Rosendo Simone whom she past at the tender age of 20. She was and out going, friendly, fun and loving person that loved to make people laugh. She had a giving spirit and loved to share whatever she had. She love to knit and crochet. Vickie was preceded in death by her son Rosendo Simon Entzminger, father, Deacon Simon Entzminger, Jr. and her grandparents, Deacon Simon Sr, and Estelle Entzminger, uncle Nathaniel Entzminger. Those who will forever cherish fond and precious memories of Vickie are her caregiver and loving daughter, Kysha Entzminger-(Ronald) Uroko, and her mother, Mrs. Carrie Parnell Entzminger, and sisters; Cassandra E. (Ronald) Morrison, Sharon E. Stewart, Valencia A. Entzminger and Bridget D. Entzminger. Grandson Rosendo Entzminger Caldwell and Kingsley Uroko, nephews, Damien (Brittany) Morrison, Ronata Morrison and ShaRayia Stewart, uncle John W. Parnell, aunts Carrie E. Murphy and Bessie McCollum, special great nephew and niece, Colton Alexander Morrison and Gabrielle Sophia Morrison. And her best friends, Aileen Givens Mitchell, Debbie Rogers and Laverne Bolton, and a host of cousins, and other relatives and friends who loved her.
