Funeral services for Mr. Stewart Wesley Cummings, 67, of Gaston, South Carolina. Services will be held on Thursday January 27, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove A.M.E. Church Cemetery of Gaston, South Carolina There will be a viewing on Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home.  Mr. Cummings was born in Leesville, S.C. the son of the Late Mr. Joseph Cummings and Mrs. Lenora Geiger Cummings on April 1, 1954. He was a member of the Piney Grove A.M.E. Church of Gaston, SC; and was employed with the W.I.S. T.V. Station for many years. He leaves to cherish his memories his son, S. Kenneth (Natasha) Cummings of Simpsonville, SC; three grandchildren,  Austen, Denver Luke,and Cannon Cummings all of Simpsonville, SC; one brother Joseph Lewis Cummings of Columbia, SC; and two sisters, Nellie Foster of West Columbia, SC; and Bertha (Joseph) Younginer of Lexington, SC:.And a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and other relatives and friends.
