Funeral services for Mr. Solomon Guinyard, Jr., 58, of 1703 Hazelwood Road, Hopkins, South Carolina. There will be a private Funeral services for Mr. Solomon Guinyard, Jr.on Saturday at Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina.And a viewing will be held on Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home. His Life: Bubba was taught of the farm how to feed the animals, pull weeds, and work the garden at a young age in St. Matthews, SC. He moved to New Jersey as a young teen where he found his wife. He worked in his Mom's restaurant as a young cook. He later moved back South to raise his family as a Landscape Architect. Bubba was a man who enjoyed life, family, football, (Dallas Cowboys) and watching movies. He had a kind and loving spirit, that everyone noticed. He always remain positive in all situations. Those left to mourn his passing: A dedicated Mom, Helen S. Guinyard, A loving wife, Marshell Benthall Guinyard, seven children, Roshonda Benthall Walker, (Toron), Shauntee Antley, Hector Benthall, Lanesha Benthall, Helen Benthall, Antwan Benthall and Shybon Guinyard, sixteen grandchildren three wonderful Sisters, Gloria Rose, Twanda Hayes, (Johnny), and Monica Jackson. One step-sister Dawn Henry, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his Dad. Solomon Guinyard, Sr. and his Granddad, Enoch Guinyard and his Grandmother, Rebecca Guinyard.
