Services for Reginald Andre Glover 44, of Columbia, South Carolina Will be held on Wednesday 2:00 pm June 16, 2021 at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church 1000 Poplar Street Cayce, South Carolina with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Tuesday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. Born in Greenwood, South Carolina the son of Mr. Matthew (Ann) Head Sr. and the late Mrs. Jacqueline A. Glover on August 31, 1976. He departed this life on Friday, June 4, 2021. Reggie received his education in the public schools of Lexington, SC. He earned a Associate degrees in Business Administration and HVAC. He was employed as an HVAC specialist at Fergurson. He was pursuing higher education at the time of his death. He was multitalented and could build, install, or repair just about anything. He was an avid deer hunter, motorcycle/ATV rider. and USC fan/tailgater. Reggie was a great father, husband, grandfather, cousin and friend. Reggie loved his family and friends! If he loved you. You knew it because he called you just to talk, he stopped by your house just to visit, he invited you to tailgate with him and his family at USC. Reggie was preceded by his father-in law Mr. John Henry Smith and his maternal, great grandparents, Mr. Joseph and Rebecca Glover. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends! He leaves to honor and cherish his memory; wife, Tandrena M. Glover, of Columbia, SC; daughters, Jasmine S. Glover and Timea N. Glover, Columbia, SC; son, Reginald A. Glover Jr. Columbia, SC; three grandchildren, Reginae A. Glover, Zanique Z. Jones and Payton K Duval. four sisters, Kalitha Head, Columbia, SC; Dorothy Garner, Tabitha (Reshaun) Marshall, and Natesha Head, all of Ninty Six, SC; brother, Matthew (Shannon) Head Jr., Aberdeen, SD; and his mother in law Mrs. Maude Smith Cayce, SC; and two maternal great aunts, Mrs. Lizzie (Carnell) Williams, Roslyn, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Rosie Lee (Bailey) Lang, Houston, Texas., two maternal great uncles, Mr. Augustus Glover Jr., Columbia, SC., Mr. Hampton H. Glover, Columbia, SC., Two cousins who were raised as his sisters, Tanya Priest and Renita Burt both of Saluda, SC; his brother/best friend Tony Lopez Columbia, SC; one aunt, Stephanie D. Quarles, Lexington, SC; two uncles Joe Glover Jr., Columbia, SC; and Stanley Glover, West Columbia, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. He was proceeded in death by his favorite aunt/grandmother, Vera G. Burt.
