Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Lites Hall , 98, will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church 110 Broomstraw Road Chapin, South Carolina with burial in the church cemetery, a viewing will be held on Wednesday, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. Born in Lexington County the daughter of the late Oscar Lites and Victoria Long on February 17, 1926. She was a long time member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church and on the Choir, Missionary Society and many other organizations. She was a care giver for many years, and a volunteer for the Stoneridge South Carolina Oncology Association Cancer Care Center in Columbia, SC. for twenty five years. She is survived and cherished by her sister, Mary Ann Foust of Columbia, SC, nieces Patricia Foust, Pamela Foust, Kathy Foust, Wanda Foust, Angela Foust, Marine Long and Debra Long all of Columbia, SC, adopted daughters, Geraldine Long and Reba Long and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
