Services for Mrs. Ouida Hopkins Davis, 79, of Columbia, South Carolina will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 1:00 pm in the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church 1908 Wilkinson Street Cayce, South Carolina, burial will be at the church cemetery on Old Dunbar Road West Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Davis will lie in-state Saturday, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at the church. Viewing will start on Friday, from 1:00 to 6:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. Born in Philadelphia. PA. the daughter of the late Ruby Burnette Dillard and Willie Lee Hopkins on October 15, 1946. Mrs. Davis was a member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and served on the Connie Johnson Missionary Circle, Sunday School Teacher, she was employed with the First Horizon Bank as the Head Teller. She is survived by her loving family her daughters, Patrice Morgan Davis of the home, Jeronica Smith of Raceland, LA; adopted daughters, Ashley McKenzie of Cayce, SC; Sheila James of Columbia, SC; son Kevin Davis Raceland, La; sisters, Frances Hopkins of Cayce, SC; Avis (Caulton) Staunton of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, adopted sister, Joyce Burns of Landover, Maryland, sister in-love Maureen Dillard of South Charleston, West Virginia, Merilyn Grant of Hampton, VA; brothers, Leroy Dillard and Rev. Alton Dillard both of Boomer, West VA; and two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
