Service for Mrs. Mildred Loretta Myers, 76, of Gadsden, South Carolina will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Progressive Church of Our Lord and Savior, on 6844 Lower Richland Blvd. Hopkins, South Carolina with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Myers will lye instate at the Church on Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, and there will be a viewing on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 1;00 to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. She was born in Gadsden, South Carolina the daughter of the late Mr. Samuel Williams and Mrs. Mildred Pearson Williams on June, 3, 1947. She was a very active member of the Progressive Church of Our Lord and Savior for many years. Mrs. Myers was working for the South Carolina Environmental Watch and she was the founder, as a non profit Executive Director. She is survived by her loving family who cherish her love. Her husband, Joseph Nathaniel Myers of the home, her daughters, Jerolyn LeChele Patterson of Hopkins, SC, Oleda Ren'ee (Xavier) Sinkler of Gadsden. SC, Dana Marie (Zane) Gray of Elgin, SC, Tanisha Denise Myers of Eastover, SC, LaShown Myers of Columbia, SC, and Jennifer Diane (Carlos) Carter of Columbia, SC, and sons, Thomas Dwayne Myers of Columbia, SC, Jermain Bernard Myers of Columbia, SC, Richard Kitwan Myers of Hopkins, SC, Jeremy Nathaniel (Darnetha) Myers of Nashville, TN, and Robert Tyrone Myers of Columbia, SC, and thirty four grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, sisters, Lovey Murray of Eastover, SC, Diane Williams of Columbia.
