Jennie Ruth Hentz

Funeral service for Mrs. Jennie Ruth Hentz, 86, will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Temple Of Faith Bible Way Church 2850 Congaree Road Gadsden, South Carolina, burial will follow at St. James A.M.E. Church 8321 Us Highway 176, Pomaria, South Carolina. There will be a viewing held on Friday, from 12:00 to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. She will be in the Temple Of Faith Bible Way Church for viewing one hour before service at 11:00 am. Mrs. Hentz was born in Newberry County the daughter of the late John Boyd and Mattie Tobb on March 27, 1936. She was educated in Newberry, South Carolina and retired from J.B. Whites Department Store. She is survived and cherish by her daughters, Kimberly Williams (John) of Dacula, Ga, and Lillie McMillan, and Faithful Watson, and Eternal Glenn all of Columbia, SC, two sons, Brian Foreman and Enrique McMillan both of Columbia, SC, and twenty seven grandchildren and one sister, Odell Henderson of Tacoma, Washington. and a host of other relatives and friends.
