Funeral services for Mr. Javion Jerome Reese Cannon, 17 of 1700 Treemain St. Columbia, SC will be held on Wednesday July 29, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, SC there will be a viewing Tuesday July 28, 2020 from 1;00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Pearson's Funeral Home 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, SC; Born in Columbia, SC the son of Michael Deonn Bannerman and Candra Cannon on September 23 2002.He entered into eternal rest Wednesday July 22, 2020. He was a student at CA Johnson High School and previously attended WA Perry Middle School. He played on the football team, ran track and wrestled. Javion was a proud member of the ROTC and enjoyed playing video games. Javion was preceded in death by his grandparents, Larry Cannon and Brenda Jones Cannon. Mr. Javion Cannon leaves to cherish his precious memory, mother and stepfather , Candra Cannon and Michael Hammond, of Columbia, SC; father and stepmother, Michael Deonn and Mya Bannerman of Wilmington, NC; sisters, Miana and Aleeria Smith of Columbia, SC, Destiny Smith, Jazzlyn Bannerman, Paris Underwood and Myeshia Hailey, all of Wilmington, NC; brothers, Daurius Smith and Zion Underwood, both of Wilmington, NC; grandparents, Michael and Angela Bannerman Jr. of Wilmington, NC Great grandmother, Evelyn Cannon of Columbia, SC; Lillie Preston and Annie Williams both of Wilmington, NC; Aunts Julia Solomon of Columbia, SC; Tongela, Shyna, Tausha Bannerman and Kimberly Kenyan-all of Wilmington, NC; many other loving relatives and caring friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
