Jacqueline Gridine Golson

Service for Mrs. Jacqueline Gridine-Golson, 77, of Columbia, South Carolina will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina . There will be a viewing on Saturday, from 1:00 to 6:00 pm at  Pearson's Funeral Home. Mrs. Golson was born in Plainfield, New Jersey  to the late Ernest Gridine and Mollie Taylor Gridine on November 29, 1947. She attended  the Potter's Christian Life Center. Mrs. Golson worked for the University of South Carolina in the food service industry for many years. Mrs. Golson was preceded in death by her brother Fredrick Gridine.  She is survived and cherished by her sons, Michael (Valerie) Golson of Columbia, SC; Mario (Barbara) Golson of Blythewood, SC; Abraham Golson of Columbia, SC; Gary Golson of Columbia, SC; Tremaine (Brittney) Golson of Columbia, SC;; brothers, Ernest Gridine, Jr. of Columbia, SC; Benjamin (Angie) Gridine of Columbia, SC; Collie Gridine of Columbia, SC; Anthony Gridine of Columbia, SC; sisters, Carolyn Heath (Bill) of Columbia, SC; Gwendolyn (Pryelo) Mitchell of Columbia, SC; Marilyn Gridine (Nathaniel) of Columbia, SC; Wonona Graham (John) of Jacksonville, Fla. Adrian (Tommie) Givens of Columbia, SC; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends who loved her very much.
