Howard Ronald Hollingsworth

Memorial service for Mr. Howard Ronald Hollingsworth, 75, of Columbia, South Carolina will be held on June 28, 2024,  Friday at 11:00 am at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina. Born in McDonough, Georgia to the late Levi Howard Hollingsworth Frances Lemons  April 6, 1949. He moved to New York with his mother and brothers and attended Parochial Schools. He worked several jobs while in New York, before moving to South Carolina. Howard loved sports and was a basketball enthusiast. He played in high school and was very good at it. Some of the many things Howard liked were his gadgets, watching movies and TV series. He was very comical, sociable and loved to talk.  He is survived by his loving son, Mr. Bryton (LaKeshia) Hollingsworth of  Irmo, SC;. four grandchildren, Isaiah, Jonathan, Bryton II, and Elisha Hollingsworth, brothers, Victor and Frederick Hollingsworth: sister, Laticia Brown; three nephews, Dorian, Eric and Byron Hollingsworth; a host of great nieces and nephews, loving aunts, cousins and other close family and friends.
