Funeral service for Mr. Elijah Rhodes 83, of 137 English Drive Lexington, SC will be held on Saturday June 20 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Holiness Church of God 1534 Middle Street Cayce, SC with burial in the Calvary Holiness Church Cemetery in Springfield, SC There will be a viewing on Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, SC and Mr. Rhodes will be placed in church one hour before services. Born in Lexington County the son of the late Robert T. Rhodes and Onediouth Duckson. He was retired from Allied Chemical Company and was very faithful in his church Calvary Holiness Church of God as a Deacon, Men's Choir and  Prison Ministry. Surviving are his wife, Martha B Rhodes of the home, four daughters, Monica D. Rhodes of Lexington, SC, Rhonda G. Gantt of West Columbia, SC,  Alfreda (Charles) Dunlap  of Lexington, SC and Marilyn (Carl) Walker of West Columbia, SC and four son's, Michael Gantt of West Columbia, SC, Tony Gantt of West Columbia, SC, Harold Rhodes of Lexington, SC and Michael Harmon of Columbia, SC and one brother Jacob Abraham (Oralee) Rhodes of Columbia, SC twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends.
