Funeral services for Mr. Edward Charles Collins 55, of 2432 Pleasant Ridge Drive Columbia, South Carolina will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Kingdom Vision Church  1701 Alta Vista Drive Columbia, South Carolina. He was born in Lancaster, South Carolina The son of Mrs. Eula Mae Collins and the late Otis Edward Lee Collins. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Mr. Collins was educated in Public Schools of Kershaw County, South Carolina and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School, Class of 1984, where he played the tuba and drums. He was passionately called "Pumpkin" by his beloved mother and friends and other family members remember his stapled nickname as "Dusty" and "House Rocker" the Deejay. He attended Kingdom Vision Church, Columbia, SC. He was employed with Gene Fry Bail Bonds for over 20 years. And worked with E-Z Out Bail Bonds for a year. He also worked with lost prevention and was Security at Harris Teeter, Walmart and food Lion Stores. He was loyal and committed to the job. He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Edward Lee Collins and a sister, Clara A. Collins. Charles is survived by his wife, Natasha Elliott-Collins , His five sons, Ryan Clyburn, Patrick Clyburn, James Dickey, Arthur Dickey and Alexander Dickey, his two daughters, ShaFuntae Clyburn and Alexis Dickey; his beloved mother, Eula Mae (Irvin) Collins Bethel; his siblings, brother Doug (Mary Ann) Collin; his sisters, Dessie (Roger) Simmons and Melissa Collins.
