Funeral services for Mr. David Preston Thompson, 53, of 1738 Columbia College Dr. Columbia, South Carolina will be held on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel 4508 N. Main Street Columbia, South Carolina with burial to follow in the Palmetto Cemetery Columbia, South Carolina. there will be a viewing on Tuesday from 2:00  to 7:00 pm in the Pearson's Funeral Home. Born in Columbia, South Carolina to Mrs. Gloria Thompson Gaines and the late Willie Lee Roberson Sr. on August 20, 1967. He was a self employed mechanic for many years and he work for the Discount Tire Store. He is survived by his parents, and one brother Willie Lee Roberson Jr. of Columbia, SC; and one sister Gwendolyn Fields of Columbia, SC; and a host of Aunts, Uncles and cousins and other relatives and friends.
