Mr. Blas "Chino" Claussell 84, of Columbia, SC There will be a viewing on Monday October 5, 2020 at the Pearson's Funeral Home-Chapel from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The family will be having a viewing and services in Bronx, NY a viewing Friday October 9, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm  at Thomas C Montera Funeral Home 1848 Westchester Avenue Bronx, NY  and the Funeral on Saturday at 10:00 am  at the Holy Cross Church and burial to follow at the Saint Raymonds Cemetery.  Born in Guayuma, Puerto Rico the son of Juana Claussell. He was a self employed Taxi Cab Driver . Papi Loved to dance, play Dominoes and loves to hear his old time Spanish music and watch western movies. He played the harmonica and guitar. His favorite snacks was to eat candy ice cream and cookies and always had to have his morning coffee. His favorite statement was, "That's Meeee" . But most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his five children, Hector, Patricia, Judith, Victor and Maria, ten grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He is now rejoicing in heavenly Kingdom with his beloved wife Carmen, and with his mother Juana.
